Listen to the album Khan and Atlas, which debuts here and is the result of a partnership between two great composers on the world stage of avant-garde experimentalism: Alexei Borisov and Vyacheslav Ismagilov. Essentially using percussive and vocal sound sources, mixed with some noise and industrial elements, the two artists created a masterpiece for those who like hypnotic music for contemporary dances. I won't give spoilers here about what gave rise to the concept of the album, but you can read the whole story in the liner notes on the Bandcamp page. Get ready to have an immersive and comforting experience listening to the abstract rhythms that Borisov and Ismagilov created in their music laboratories and then brought together in what is the first collaboration between the two musicians to be released by this netlabel. I suggest you also listen to all of Ismagilov's albums with his solo project Deficit on our Bandcamp.

"The children of the members of the ruling dynasty were immediately deprived of their lives, and the women from the harem were given as wives to the Khan's entourage. The subsequent fate of the former shahini and the "Lady of Women" was tragic. She, among other notable people of Khorezm, was sent with a caravan of prisoners to the capital of Mongolia, the city of Karakorum. There they were supposed to serve at the court of the great Khan. And they became concubines."
