Listen to Man in the shadow's new album. He, who is one half of the acclaimed Canadian duo musique moléculaire together with visual and sound designer Iann Troalen, is now releasing his second album in 2024 here at Church. Vautour which means Vulture in French is a very dark twenty minute and nineteen second track. The combination of field recordings with electronic instruments that Man in the shadow makes in his music laboratory creates a somewhat chilling and horrifying sound atmosphere. Abrasive and ethereal drones mix with each other and take the listener to mentally discover a series of unimaginable worlds that can exist on a fine line that separates dreams from nightmares. This album was produced by Iann Troalen who also designed the cover art.
