Listen to the new album by the supercomposer of Ambient Music. I'm talking about Pete Swinton who, based and immersed in his personal studio in Indonesia, produces one album a week and releases it here at the Church which contains a good part of the discography available from him. NOUNS A-M is the name of Pete Swinton's new release that you are going to hear right now. Focused on extremely deep and relaxing drones, the artist who recently appeared giving interviews on podcasts, returns to his musical roots that made him a celebrated artist in the underground scene of avant-garde experimentalism. This album is substantially meditative and each track is named after something that can produce some sound. You will also find in him some traces of the Berlin School, another influence that Pete Swinton keeps alive in his more calm and hypnotic albums; and also very little industrial noise in irresistible sound constructions.
