Listen to the versatile and eclectic editor and curator of Netlabel/Magazine, IndieRockMag, as well as renowned sound artist: the Frenchman Seb Lapin aka Konejo debuting his very authentic new album here on this netlabel which in turn can only thank him for this fruitful choice and for the support given by him to some of the artists that we promote by embedding in IndieRockMag the players of our Bandcamp albums.
Sound narratives - as he himself claims with humility of genius - from found sounds that he reworks with his DAW until they are totally unrecognizable and transformed into beautiful noisy drones that spread out forming moving images of likely very dark and desolate films. In other words, he explores mixing harshness with other sounds, which creates a Film Noir Cyberpunk atmosphere with a certain crystallinity that can be the main ingredient of these ambiences full of Konejo's volatile forms.
